Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each), skin-on
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Prepare marinade: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush both sides with the marinade.
Cook:
Oven method: Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Skillet method: Place fillets skin-side down and cook 5–6 minutes per side, until cooked through.
Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve with lemon wedges.
