4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each), skin-on
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges (for garnish)
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, dill, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a plate and brush both sides generously with the marinade. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
Cook the salmon:
If using the oven: Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
If using a grill pan: Grill salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
Garnish and serve: Remove from heat, garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
