Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.

  • Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, dill, salt, and pepper.

  • Marinate the salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a plate and brush both sides generously with the marinade. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
